Linerin

Keiru Silver

I've decided to do something world altering that involves everyone. Not that I need to okay it with anyone, seeing as how it's my website, but I'd like your input.

Linerin has found the location of En'Druziel. We can expect a swarm of sevron to all cities, even those under the Empire's influence.

I will reveal more to the users as time goes on. Note that Linerin does not yet possess the sword, but has discerned it's location.

What's the En'Druziel? I've heard it mentioned somewhere before, but I have since forgotten it.

En'Druziel is the sword that caused the Great Cataclysm that wiped out nearly a fifth of the Asherian population. As a weapon, it's power is unmatchable, but it also acts as a compass that points out the location of the stones, and acts as a beacon to ill omens.

I'd say let Linerin have the sword. It would take him some time still to acquire the stones. His progress is slowed by his feigned alliance with Aramus. Should he defy the emperor, he would face the wrath of the Empire which, at least at this point in time, is capable of driving him from the mainlands. Later defiance would cause either 1) The death of the Nylian Empire and reign of shadow and/or Nylinus, 2) an alliance between what's left of Nylinus and the Empire to stay Linerin from his course, or 3) another great war spawned from man against man against shadowspawn. In either event it should allow for the writings of all characters to flourish in a tubulent and fast moving world.
